White Park man arrested after standoff, going through expenses of assault


WAITE PARK (WJON Information) – A person from White Park has been charged with assault after an incident over the weekend.

The White Park Police Division says officers first responded to reviews of a person leaving his house within the 200 block of tenth Avenue North, and threatened and fired a gun at a person strolling into the world at round 2:20 a.m. Friday. pointed to. Officers say that the officers knocked on the door once they arrived, however nobody answered.

Officers say nobody responded, however when police had been within the space, a 37-year-old man was Frank Tamburo Jr. of White Park, began leaving the home. The standoff continued for a number of hours till shortly after 2:00 a.m. on Saturday, when officers used a warrant to enter the home and arrest Tamburo.

He was taken to the Stearns County Jail and confronted severe expenses of 2nd-degree assault.
